I have spent many years of my life looking for the answer to the question:
What makes a leader, a great leader? Why do people follow them? Why do they stand out?

A search for these answers has led me to travel around different parts of the world to observe, talk and work with great leaders of different disciplines.

During my search I discovered that no matter the area in which they exercise their leadership, all great leaders have characteristics in common. The most important one is that great leaders care about developing not only their technical skills but also devoting much of their time to developing personal skills such as listening and handling emotions to mention a few…

It is the development of these personal skills that makes all the difference!

Strengthening and developing these personal skills in anyone who wants to learn to lead or already lead a team is what has inspired me to share and teach a series of methodologies that enhance these skills.
